Dr. Bilal Qasim founded Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital in 2011 after more than 17 years of practicing veterinary medicine. His vision was to create a place where pets receive attentive medical care supported by a team that treats each patient with genuine kindness.
Over the years, Dr. Qasim built a team of talented veterinary professionals who share his dedication to thorough medicine, clear communication, and compassion for every pet that walks through our doors. His approach centers on understanding each animal as an individual and ensuring families feel supported through every step of their pet’s care.
As the medical director of our hospital, Dr. Qasim continues to guide our team with a focus on patient comfort, modern veterinary techniques, and strong client relationships.
